Export data from HubSpot to Google Sheets

You can use Awesome Table Connectors to export from HubSpot to Google Sheets. Exporting to Google Sheets via Awesome Table Connectors allows you to access raw data, schedule refresh to get regular updates, and configure your output sheet's layout, among other features.

This article demonstrates how to use Awesome Table Connectors to get a list of contacts and a list of companies from HubSpot and import them into Google Sheets. You can use your own HubSpot account and follow along.

Prerequisites

You have logged in with the Awesome Table HubSpot connector.

Import contacts from a list from HubSpot to Google Sheets

You can import the following items:

• Contact lists
• Contacts from a list
• Companies
• Contacts
• Deals
• Products
• Properties
• Quotes
• Tickets

1. Open the Select data drop-down and select what you want to export.

   We are importing Contacts from list.

   

2. Open the drop-down and Choose the list you want to import contacts from. We are importing contacts from the full_client_info list.

   

3. (Optional) In the Output options, configure how your data will be inserted into your spreadsheet.
   

   

4. (Optional) Use Preview to choose the columns you need, edit their names, and configure a sort order.

   1. Click Preview.
      A new window opens.
   2. Make the changes you want.
   3. Click Apply changes.

5. Click Run to start your request.
   Awesome Table Connectors informs you if you successfully exported to Google Sheets.

   
   

You have successfully imported a list of contacts from your HubSpot account to Google Sheets.

Import a list of companies from HubSpot to Google Sheets

1. Open the Select data drop-down and select what you want to export.

   We are importing a list of companies.

   

2. (Optional) In the Output options, configure how your data will be inserted into your spreadsheet.
   

   

3. (Optional) Use Preview to choose the columns you need, edit their names, and configure a sort order.

   1. Click Preview.
      A new window opens.
   2. Make the changes you want.
   3. Click Apply changes.

4. Click Run to start your request.

You have successfully imported a list of companies from your HubSpot account to Google Sheets. Successful requests are automatically saved and displayed in the Home screen.
